Fire Alarm Maintenance

Your fire alarm must always be in full working order for the following reasons:

To prevent loss of life and alert occupants to a fire
To prevent false alarms

False alarms incur a large expense to the fire brigade and means they could be occupied when a real emergency arises. Due to this happening across the country, the fire brigade has now imposed charges for callouts which have a high false alarm count as an incentive to keep their alarms maintained.

Service visits are to ensure that all elements of the fire alarm are doing their job and to report any nonconformities, for more information about what the maintenance contract and service visits include please see our scheme below.

We are fully BAFE fire safety registered which is encouraged with insurance companies as proof your system complies with legal standards and is in good working order.
